SWT's Lock Ring Housings feature a "ring nut" design to make assembly and disassembly easy and quick without binding the o-ring seal. They are available in plastic (with white or clear sumps) or stainless steel (with forged brass or stainless steel head and lock ring closure) for rugged, corrosion-resistant performance, and long trouble-free life. Materials have been selected to assure no addition of taste or odor to the treated water and toxicological safety.
Features include: brass inserts to reinforce NPT threaded in/out ports; push-button pressure vent to allow pressure relief and air bleeding; Buna-N, EPDM, or Viton o-ring to ensure reliable seal; bypass/shut-off valve head with automatic pressure venting; jumbo and stainless steel models with premium all-metal bottom drain; jumbo models with NPT pressure gauge tap; stainless steel models with spring-loaded seal plate to accept cartridges of varying lengths. Mounting brackets and wrenches are available for all models.
