SWT’s dual head dual control adjustable metering pump is built with five detachable components; the motor, two feed rate controls, and two pump heads. The output is determined by three factors; the rpm of the motor gears, the percentage settings on the feed rate controls, and the size of the pump tubes in both heads. The motor shaft rotates at a fixed rpm, which drives the feed rate controls to intermittently engage the roller assembly within the pump heads according to the settings on the external dial rings. The dial rings are labeled L to 10 and have a 20:1 turndown. |

Determining Output for Dual Head Dual Control Models:
The outside head operates on a percentage of the inside head (close to motor). The output of the two heads is equal only on setting #10. Use the Tube Output Tables to select the desired output for the inside head. This will be the primary output. The outside head’s output will be a percentage of this amount.
Example Using TS100MDC5:
Inside head setting 4 = 20 gpd (60.6 lpd)
Outside head setting 3 = 30% of primary output
for 20 Gallons = 6 gpd
for 60.6 liters = 18.18 lpd
Both heads set on 10 = 50 gpd x 2 for a combined total of 100 gpd
