SWT PTFE Membrane Cartridges
SWT’s PTFE Membrane Cartridges provide the ultimate flow rate performance for liquid or air sterilization.
SWT’s PTFE Pharmaceutical Liquid Bacterial Retentive (LBR) Cartridges are designed for those who require sterile pharmaceutical fluids and are validated to provide sterility through the retention of Brevundimonas diminuta per HIMA guidelines. Along with their sterilizing-grade performance, these cartridges exhibit high air and fluid flow rates due to the 9.3 ft2 of expanded PTFE membrane.

SWT’s PTFE cartridges are manufactured in a certified Class 10,000 cleanroom where they are flushed with nonpyrogenic deionized water and 100% integrity tested as well as serialized to provide complete product traceability.

Steam Sterilizable & Sanitizable:
Cartridges may be steamed or autoclaved for more than 20 one-hour cycles @ 275ºF (145ºC). Cartridges may also be chemically sanitized in place using common sanitizing agents.

(Tested in 60% isopropanol / 40% deionized water)
